Erlebnis Akademie AG (eak) is the leading provider of nature-oriented outdoor attractions. The company, with its headquarters in Bad Kötzting (in the upper Bavarian Forest), was founded in 2001 and has been listed on the stock exchange since 2015. eak designs, builds and operates Treetop Walks and natural adventure parks all over the world.

Today the eak operates twelve treetop walks, along with adventure forests, restaurants and shops at several locations. In 2025 around 2.1 million guests visited our facilities. In each of these regions we are a significant employer and a dependable partner for local stakeholders.

Through DoNature gGmbH, our non-profit subsidiary founded in 2015, we offer guided tours, excursions and environmental education for schools, families and companies at our sites.

each other by their first names

Bernd Bayerköhler ist als Sprecher des Vorstands für die Ausrichtung der Erlebnis Akademie AG verantwortlich.

Für unser Maskottchen steht die Freude der Besucher im Vordergrund seiner Tätigkeit.

Emily unterstützt uns als Schülerin in den Bereichen Kasse und Gastro und verdient sich so flexibel einen Zuschuss zur Schule.

Ingo kümmert sich als Techniker sowohl um den einwandfreien Zustand der Anlage als auch Helfer für Fragen der Besucher.

Als Kassenkraft hat Michaela nicht nur eine sehr verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe, sondern ist auch oft erster Kontakt für die Besucher.

Als Standortleiterin trägt Sarah Zineddin die organisatorische Verantwortung über den Baumwipfelpfad Salzkammergut.

Thomas Treitinger sorgt als IT Spezialist in der Zentrale dafür, dass die Arbeitsplätze voll funktionstüchtig sind.

DoNature is committed to the educational mission for sustainable development. On excursions, in the NatureLab or the Comic Rallye, this starts with the very young visitors. Team trainings, guided tours and events for adults as well as for companies also connect a sense of unity with nature conservation, for example by planting a meadow orchard.
