How do I reserve tickets for Là-Haut show?

Tickets must be purchased online via our ticketing service (add link to ticketing service). A limited number of tickets are sold on site before performances, at the Sentier des cimes box office, with no guarantee of availability.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable. If you have purchased tickets for a performance and it is cancelled by the Sentier des cimes, you will receive an e-mail a few hours before the show, with the option of changing the performance date.

Please note that performances will take place even if it’s raining lightly, but will be cancelled in the event of thunderstorms or storms. You can contact us at any time during opening hours at 973-229-0363, or with any questions at info@sentierdescimes.ca.

Can I exchange my tickets if I can’t attend the show?

Latecomers’ tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If, for a major reason, you wish to change the date of your ticket, it is possible to do so 24 hours in advance, for a fee of $5 per ticket.

Are there any fees for annual cardholders?

Since this is an additional offer organized in collaboration with a partner, and the show requires complex logistics and incurs major costs, yes, annual cardholders must pay a $25 fee to attend a performance.
Annual cardholders must purchase their tickets online, by clicking on the “annual cardholder” link in the box office, and entering their card code at checkout, to qualify for the discount: https://laurentides.sentierdescimes.ca/fr/billets-spectacle-abonnements.htm.
When an annual cardholder buys a ticket, they receive a message in their confirmation e-mail: they can contact us to obtain a code valid for 24 hours to benefit from a 15% discount on the purchase of tickets (max.: 4) for a performance of Là-Haut.
Also, for holders of an annual family pass, access is only charged for the first 2 children, and free for the others.

What time should I arrive for the show?

The show time indicated on the ticket corresponds to the opening time of the ticket office. Allow between 25 minutes and an hour to walk the kilometre-long footbridge to the panoramic tower, where the show takes place.

Can I choose my seats for the show in advance?

All seats offer an excellent view of the show! When you arrive at the panoramic tower, you’ll be invited to wait at the bottom of the tower while the artists set up. When the attendant invites you to do so, you can climb the tower and choose your seat on the middle floors (following the signs), on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is it possible to stay on the Sentier des cimes after the show?

Yes, your show ticket gives you access to the Summit Trail.
If you have a ticket for the matinee show, you can enter the trail at 9:30 in the morning, and visit the trail and panoramic tower after the show.
If you have a ticket for the evening show, you can enter the trail from 6.30pm in June and July, and from 6pm in August, and visit the trail and panoramic tower after the show.

Are there any special instructions to respect during the show?

Yes, please respect them to ensure the safety of performers and spectators.

  • The top of the tower is not accessible during the performance.
  • Your phones must be silent.
  • You may photograph the performers, but you may not use a flash.
  • You must not climb the railings or sit your children on them.
  • You must keep your children close to you.
  • Drones are prohibited at all times on the Sentier des cimes.
Is it possible to sit down during the show? Is it possible to bring portable chairs or benches for the children?

For insurance and safety reasons beyond our control, there are no chairs or benches on the walkway in the panoramic tower, and you can’t bring your own.
Strollers and wheelchairs are available on loan free of charge (please reserve by calling 973-229-0363; availability not guaranteed).
You’ll have to stand during the show (approx. 35 minutes), or sit “on the floor” on the catwalk. The view is excellent through the metal railing nets, and children, wheelchair users and those sitting on the floor can enjoy the show just as much.

Do shows take place even if it’s raining?

Outdoor activities always involve a certain amount of risk, given the vagaries of the weather, but they are often the most beautiful and memorable. Summer is short in Quebec, so we enjoy it even in the rain!

Shows take place even if it’s raining lightly. The panoramic tower’s landings offer some protection from the rain. An umbrella or raincoat is recommended, however, as you’ll have to walk on the footpath to get to the tower.

Shows will be cancelled in the event of thunderstorms or storms. If you have purchased tickets for a performance and it is cancelled by the Sentier des cimes, you will receive an e-mail a few hours before the show, with the option of changing the performance date.

Are there restroom facilities on the panoramic tower?

There are no accessible toilets on the panoramic tower. In case of emergency only, a chemical toilet is installed at the base of the tower, accessible via the emergency exit: you must ask a Sentier des cimes employee to go there, as the emergency exit alarm will be triggered if it is not deactivated by the employee.

What should I bring to the show?

Depending on the weather, we recommend that you bring sunscreen, a hat, warm clothing, a raincoat or an umbrella. Comfortable shoes and a bottle of water are also recommended.

Can children attend the show?

Absolutely, and they’ll love it! What’s more, children under 6 are admitted free of charge (they’re admitted free of charge at all times at Sentier de cimes), and there are reduced prices for children over 6 and students.

Please note that you cannot sit your children on the railings, and that you must keep them close to you during the show.

Is the Carte accompagnement loisirs (CAL) valid for the show?

Yes, the companion of a disabled person who has a Carte accompagnement loisir (CAL), an Access2 companion card or any other official card will not have to pay admission or show fees.
The disabled person will have to pay his or her own admission fee, according to his or her category.

Is parking easy? Is there a parking fee? Are there charging stations? Are there reserved parking spaces for the disabled?

Three large parking spaces are available free of charge. Charging stations (Circuit électrique) and reserved spaces are located in parking lot P3, near the main building. For access information, visit this page: https://treetop-walks.com/laurentides/sentierdescimes/informations-visiteurs/

Is the self-service restaurant Chez Émile open before and after the show?

In the morning, the restaurant opens at 9:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday, and at 9 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. So you can enjoy a good cup of coffee, pastries, croissants and other sweet treats before your show.
In the evening, the restaurant closes at 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, 6.30 p.m. Saturday and 5.30 p.m. Sunday. However, opening hours may vary and may be extended if staff availability permits.
Several picnic tables are available on the Ancienne-Pisciculture site.
