Corners packed with excitement

On your journey along the trail, you can stop at a total of three spots that promise an adrenaline rush. Not only children will try to keep their balance in a passage that reveals a apparently dangerous drop. Of course, our activity stations are totally safe.

The most beautiful classroom in nature

In cooperation with the Krkonoše National Park, three information stations await you to playfully introduce you to the local flora and fauna. The base of the “curriculum” is the underground cave situated below the lookout tower, where you will learn everything about underground life, the properties of the soil and the root system of the Krkonoše Forest. You will literally experience the darkness of the root system. There is no lack of funny humour and pictures for the little ones in the cave.

Dive into the underground and take a deep breath on the lookout tower

Our cave exhibition directly below the lookout tower reveals everything you might have wanted to know about life underground, but never dared to ask! The interactive exhibition takes you to the roots of the trees and down into the earth, where all kinds of animals can be found.
The walkway in the lookout tower takes you up through the forest to the top of the trunks and treetops – completely comfortable even for wheelchairs and prams. The view from a height of 45 metres over the landscape of the Krkonoše Mountains with its ice-age glacier cirques, steep mountain flanks and primeval forests inspires a feeling of unlimited freedom.

The Slide

In the centre of the lookout tower, a tunnel slide of more than 80 metres leads down to the ground. Just hurry the way down and experience a real adrenaline rush!
The slide is kept open all year round during the trail’s opening hours. However, in case of bad weather such as rain, snow or high humidity, we reserve the right to close the slide due to safety reasons.

The slide requires special seat bags designed for people 120 cm or taller.
The price per ride is 50 Kč.

Emil’s Forest World

The huge adventure playground right next to the Treetop Walk is a special highlight for all children. Explore the rabbit hole, the spider’s web, the wolf’s den, the bird observation boxes, the squirrel hutch and the fox hole! The mini-zoo at the playground is also a popular attraction.
