Safety aspects also play a part in addition to hygiene aspects. The majority of responsible owners keep a close eye on their animals, but dogs can still show unexpected social behaviour towards strangers and also towards other animals of their own species.

For those who are hungry or thirsty in between, there are vending machines filled with ice cream and drinks. You can also buy coffee, soft drinks and ice cream in our shop. You are also welcome to bring your own picnic. Relax at the tables and benches with a view of the playground area.

A visit to the Adventure Forest is an ideal day trip for the whole family. In order to be able to fully play and romp, you should plan for a few hours up to a whole day. If you want to leave the area in between, simply get a stamp at the stamp station at the exit – this way you can use the same ticket all day long, even with breaks.

The Adventure Forest Saarschleife is not an ordinary playground. It is maintained, cleaned and kept in good condition every day.

Moreover, it has a lot more to offer:

• 25+ nature-oriented playing and learning stations are located in the Adventure Forest Saarschleife, which covers an area of more than 7,000 m2.
• The playing equipment is designed in a way that allows parents to participate with their children as well. Everyone can awaken their inner child here once again.
• Our playing and learning stations are specially designed and built for the Adventure Forest. They are constructed of high quality materials. Wherever possible, untreated wood was used for building the equipment. That way, they integrate perfectly into the surrounding forest.
• In addition to the playground equipment, the forest playground also offers some learning stations, as already known from the Treetop Walk. Children playfully discover interesting facts about the forest and its inhabitants.

Families and groups benefit from discounted admission prices. Furthermore, we have season tickets on offer for regularly having fun in our Adventure Forest. The fees for a visit to the Adventure Forest Saarschleife are comparable to other leisure activities, such as climbing parks or a trip to the cinema.

The Adventure Forest is still open in case of rain.

For safety reasons, it will close during thunderstorms, hail or storms. If we are forced to close at short notice, we will also announce this on the website. It’s best to check back here on the day you plan to visit for the latest information on opening times.

In case you have problems ordering your online ticket, you have deleted your ticket by mistake or you have not received an e-mail, please send an e-mail to onlineticket@treetop-walks.com. We will be happy to forward your ticket to you again.

Online tickets are transferable within the same category of ticket (children over 3 years, family ticket). Any commercial resale, however, is prohibited. Of course, each online ticket can only be redeemed once.

Online tickets cannot be refunded. Please note that the day-dated online ticket will expire if you do not redeem it at the booked date!

An exchange to another date is possible. Please write an E-mail to onlineticket@treetop-walks.com and let us know your order number and your new visit date.

Tickets for the Adventure Forest are valid for the whole day on the day of your visit. Please check our opening hours.

Unfortunately, free tickets cannot be redeemed in the ticket shop. They have to be converted into an admission ticket directly at the ticket office at the Adventure Forest Saarschleife.

You are going to find our vouchers in our online shop.

No, for the sake of environment you can easily use the ticket on your smartphone. Simply put the QR code under the scanner at the entrance.  We recommend to download the ticket in advance, in case the mobile phone signal is not that good in the forest.

Tickets on site can be bought at the cash desk of the Adventure Forest Saarschleife. The entrance is located next to our shop. Tickets can also be purchased in the online ticket shop in advance.

The purchase of tickets at the ticket office and admission to the playgorund is possible until 1 hour before closing time of the Adventure Forest.
