We warmly invite you to a unique sound bath among the treetops, where the harmonious sounds of gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, a shamanic drum, and meditative sound instruments will guide you on a journey towards inner peace and balance. The combination of nature and sound creates a truly special atmosphere, allowing both body and mind to relax deeply.

🌿 The experience begins with a warm welcome and simple breathing exercises to gently prepare you for relaxation. This is followed by the sound bath, where you can completely unwind and recharge your energy. We conclude with a short guided reflection, helping you return to the present moment feeling refreshed, renewed, and full of positive energy.
