From September 19 to October 18, The Color Odyssey transforms Sentier des cimes Laurentides into one of the must-see destinations for experiencing fall colours in the Laurentians. Located at Mont-Blanc, near Mont-Tremblant, the trail takes you into the heart of the Laurentian forest and up to the top of a more than 40-metre-high panoramic tower, offering a 360° view of the mountains and fall colours.

As the weeks go by, the landscape evolves, offering a different experience with every visit. The Color Odyssey is a fall activity for the whole family, whether you want to take your time admiring the scenery, enjoy a walk through the forest or add a little excitement to your visit.

In addition to the trail and panoramic tower, several activities let you extend your visit: giant wooden games, marble runs, a suspended net and the Slide des cimes. The site also features a trail accessible to strollers and wheelchairs, so everyone can enjoy the experience.

On weekends, the site comes alive with musicians, a welcoming terrace, outdoor fires and wooden games. Online reservations are mandatory — spaces are limited.

In the rain, the colours become even more vibrant and the foliage takes on a special glow, offering a whole new way to experience the magic of fall in the Laurentians.

At the top of the tower, the morning light gradually reveals the forest and its shades of red, gold, and orange stretching as far as the eye can see. In this peaceful atmosphere, before the hustle and bustle of the day begins, nature reveals itself in all its splendor.

Golden Light at the End of the Day

Autumn colours take on a whole new dimension at sunset. Explore The Autumn Colour Odyssey in the late afternoon and enjoy a special moment admiring the vibrant forest bathed in the golden light of day’s end.

The experience is offered on Saturdays and Sundays, allowing you to extend your getaway in the heart of the forest.

During the week, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of The Colour Odyssey at Sentier des cimes Laurentides. Take advantage of a quieter atmosphere to admire the colourful forest, with a trail that is also accessible to wheelchairs and strollers. A beautiful way to experience fall at your own pace.
