A festive day full of experiences for the whole family

After months of preparation, the big day has arrived.
We invite you to the grand opening of a new part of the area – the Bear Trail.

You can look forward to the official opening, meeting the project partners, a family programme, and a special bear-themed game for children.

Ceremonial Opening

9:00–9:30 | Official opening

The ceremonial part of the day will take place in the entrance area of the Trail:

• introduction of the Bear Trail project
• short speeches by representatives of the Treetop Trail, Safari Park Dvůr Králové, and the KRNAP Administration
• ribbon cutting
• group photo session
• official opening of the Bear Trail to the public

Bear Trail

From 9:30 | Bear watching

In the bear zone, a calm atmosphere focused mainly on observation awaits you.
We kindly ask visitors to respect the following rules:

• do not shout
• do not feed the animals
• observe quietly

Bears are fascinating animals – come and see them up close and learn more about their lives.

Family Game: In the Bear’s Footsteps

All day on the observation tower.

Set out on an adventurous journey with your children and complete bear-themed tasks.
For each completed task, you will receive bear tokens, which can be exchanged for small refreshments at the end of the game.

Bear Stage – Children’s Playground

10:30–16:00 | Ongoing programme

• live music throughout the day
• additional competitions for children and adults

More bear experiences

• face painting
• temporary tattoos with bear motifs
